People Profilers (Services) Pte. Ltd. is the direct employer of all augmented IT contractors deployed in Singapore. We handle employment, statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, SHG, WIC), payroll, and ongoing HR administration. You manage the technical work; we manage the employment relationship.

Rates are per contractor, per month, calculated based on seniority and skill specialisation. The exact rate is discussed at briefing and documented in the engagement letter before deployment. The rate includes salary, statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, SHG, WIC), statutory leave, and our service margin in a single line item.

There are no retainer fees, no upfront placement fees — billing starts when the contractor starts.

Can we convert an augmented contractor to a permanent hire?

Yes. A Conversion Fee applies if you wish to engage an augmented contractor as your direct employee during the engagement period or within the Introduction Validity Period defined in your engagement letter. The fee structure is documented before deployment begins and is typically calculated based on engagement duration completed.

There are no hidden conversion penalties — terms are agreed upfront so you can make conversion decisions with full commercial visibility.

How quickly can you deploy?

For most senior engineering and DevOps roles, four to eight weeks from brief to start date depending on skill scarcity and your interview cadence. Niche specialisations (e.g., specific cloud certifications, niche frameworks, security clearances) may extend longer.
