Every contract staffing engagement is priced on a transparent billing rate — calculated per worker per month for longer deployments, or per hour for short-term coverage. The billing rate combines salary, statutory contributions, and our service margin into a single line item documented in the engagement letter before deployment begins.

There are no separate invoices for statutory costs — everything is consolidated in one transparent rate documented before deployment begins.

What's the Conversion Fee if we hire a contractor permanently?

A Conversion Fee applies if you wish to engage a deployed contractor as your direct employee during the deployment period or within the Introduction Validity Period defined in your engagement letter. The fee structure is documented before deployment begins and is typically calculated based on remaining deployment duration.

There are no hidden conversion penalties — terms are agreed upfront so you can make conversion decisions with full visibility on the commercial.

How quickly can you deploy contract workers?

For operations, warehouse, customer service, and admin roles, typically one to two weeks from brief to first day of deployment. Technical and specialist roles may take three to four weeks depending on skill scarcity.
