Recruitment Process Outsourcing — embedded talent acquisition operating under your brand and ATS. Typically for scale hiring (50+/year) or defined functions (volume hiring, tech recruitment). Three engagement models: Project RPO, Functional RPO, Enterprise RPO.
Do you handle contract and temporary staffing?
Yes. Contract & Temporary Staffing covers project-based engagements, maternity or sabbatical cover, and peak-load resourcing. We become the legal employer and handle CPF, SDL, SHG, WIC, leave, and IR8A — you direct the day-to-day work.
Can you recruit for roles outside Singapore?
Yes. People Profilers has locally-licensed entities in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Consultants in each market handle recruitment locally with full regulatory compliance. We are not a third-party EOR aggregator — the legal entity is our own in each market.
