How our tiered placement fees work
Every general recruitment engagement is structured around a transparent, tiered placement fee — calculated as a percentage of the successful candidate's annual total remuneration. The tier band, exact percentage, and corresponding replacement guarantee period are documented in the engagement letter before any search begins. You know the commercial terms in writing before we approach candidates.

For C-suite and senior leadership mandates (typically VP and above), we engage through our Executive Search team under People Profilers (Executive Search) Pte. Ltd. (MOM EA Licence 10C3804) — same group, different licensed entity, dedicated retained search methodology.
How does your fee structure work?
Our placement fee is tiered — calculated as a percentage of the successful candidate's annual total remuneration. There are three tier bands. The applicable tier, exact percentage, and corresponding replacement guarantee period are documented in your engagement letter before any search begins.
A Minimum Fee applies to every engagement regardless of placement remuneration. There are no retainer fees and no charges until a candidate is placed.
What does your replacement guarantee cover?
If a placement leaves voluntarily, is terminated for performance reasons, or otherwise fails to complete the guarantee period defined in your engagement letter, we conduct one replacement search at no additional placement fee.
The guarantee is provided on a one-replacement basis — no further guarantee attaches to the replacement hire, and no refund is provided unless explicitly stated in your engagement letter. The original invoice must be fully settled before the replacement search begins.
How long does a typical general recruitment search take?
For most permanent roles, four to eight weeks from kickoff to signed offer, depending on seniority, market scarcity, and stakeholder availability.
Junior and high-volume roles can close in two to four weeks. Senior Manager and Director-level mandates may extend to ten weeks. At kickoff we share an indicative timeline aligned to the role and market, and stay in close contact as the search develops.
