Do I need a separate HR consultant or can you handle ad-hoc projects?
We deliver HR consultation on a project basis (compensation reviews, policy refreshes, organisational design) or as retained advisory. You don't need to hire a permanent in-house HR consultant — we scale up and down with your needs.
What's included in outplacement support?
Resume and LinkedIn profile coaching, interview preparation, job-search guidance, market insights, and direct introductions to hiring managers in our network. Delivered with empathy under MOM EA Licence 02C4944.
Which Singapore work passes do you handle?
Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Work Permit, Dependant's Pass (DP), Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), and Personalised Employment Pass (PEP). End-to-end MOM submissions and renewals. Note: PR applications are filed by the individual via ICA, not by employer — we don't handle those.
Can you handle work pass applications in other SEA countries?
Yes. We support work permit and equivalent immigration processes in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia through our locally-licensed entities — though regulatory complexity varies by country.
